Nestled in the secluded expanse of southern Iceland, this opulent vacation residence is enveloped by a stunning Icelandic landscape. The property boasts an array of luxurious amenities, including a swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, and even a home gym.
The impressive 500 m² structure was meticulously crafted using a combination of materials. The concrete base, extending up to the first floor, provides a sturdy foundation. Meanwhile, steel and wood were skillfully integrated into the design. The aluminium facade system and modular wood wall infills, elegantly clad with zinc-titanium steel, complete the harmonious blend of materials that form the walls of this remarkable abode.
We completed the design scope of work for this project, which encompassed:
design of the foundation,
concrete structure,
steel and wood structure,
various stainless steel elements.
