Turnahvarf 2 is a combined storage/manufacturing and office building. The storage/manufacturing area utilizes a steel frame structure, while the two-story office section is constructed from concrete and prefabricated concrete elements. The building is designed for practicality, offering efficient storage/manufacturing solutions alongside comfortable office amenities, technical rooms, and restroom facilities.
We provided the complete design services for this project, including the following key elements:
design of foundations,
main and secondary steel structure,
roofing and architectural details.
Working in partnership with Contractor AS and SoH ehf., we also supplied all necessary materials for the project. This included anchor bolt sets, steel structures, sandwich panels, doors, windows, and other miscellaneous items. This comprehensive approach ensured a smooth process from design through material delivery.
