This residence seamlessly blends contemporary lake house design with several sustainable principles, resulting in a striking and exceptionally cozy low-carbon home.

To fully capitalize on the picturesque lake view, generously sized window walls were meticulously planned. This design seamlessly integrates the structure into the window mullions, minimizing any visual obstructions.

Additionally, strategically placed skylights, controlled remotely, grace the great room, promoting natural ventilation. Notably, apart from the bedrooms and bathrooms, the interconnected rooms maintain an open layout, further enhancing natural airflow throughout the home.
