About the project
The building serves as a versatile space accommodating commercial activities, light industry, and boat building. It features two distinct sections:
- Steel frame production section:
- Designed to facilitate efficient workflow and adaptable for various industrial processes.
- Divided into two units along the middle, each unit operates as an independent fire chamber.
- Constructed with steel frames and clad with sandwich panels, this section houses overhead cranes for heavy lifting (32t).
-
- Lower Concrete Building Section:
- Located at the south end by the sea, this section comprises two floors designated for office and staff facilities.
- The first floor hosts amenities such as restrooms, dressing rooms, and coffee facilities to support staff comfort and well-being.
- The second floor accommodates office activities, providing a conducive environment for administrative tasks and operations.
Together, these sections offer a comprehensive solution tailored to the diverse needs of commercial operations, light industry, and boat building activities. The strategic layout and thoughtful design ensure seamless functionality and optimal utilization of space, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the facility.
